Hello Friends,
This is my first Texture Tuesday with Kim Klassen, a new approach to photography, creating beautiful new images with her textures.
This photo was taken in Brisbane, Australia. The Southbank, walkway was lightened by a trail of Chinese lanterns.
I’m linking to Kim Klassens – Texture Tuesday and have used the textures Love and Chamomile. The original follows.
I think you’d have to agree, just how a new texture can change an image. What do you think?
Take a look at some interesting and creative photo’s at Kim Klassen Cafè here
Have a great day,

Great photo and a nice use of texture to give it a completely different feel. Lovely!
I like the testure, but your original photograph is stunning 🙂
Oh, I like it! Don’t you just love how simply adding texture changes the feel of a photo?
What a fun and creative idea – both pictures are beautiful.
🙂 Mandy

Oh I am going to love Texture Tuesday :). I’ve always loved the different options you h ave to light up a room.
Welcome to the wonderful world of texture play! Love that lantern! I look forward to seeing more of your experiments. Cheers!
It certainly does change things. The original is a cheery, bright photo, the addition of textures gives it an artistic feel and is somehow more thought provoking:)
Lovely shot and great processing –

I can’t believe another week has gone by with another delightful tea party
It would not be so enjoyable without you and your creative touch. Love the butterfly and bug cupcakes. I always look forward to seeing you as often as you can pop in.
Blessings,
Pam
What a difference!
Enjoy the photography playing Yvette. It sounds like a lot of fun.
