Here’s another design I was lucky to find from the Schweppes Limited Edition of vintage pin up girls, hailed from the 1920’s – 1950’s. This wonderful collection celebrated the historic style of Schweppes Ginger Ale, Lemonade, Soda Water and Indian Tonic Water. You can see the Indian Tonic Water bottle I found with blooming delicate roses. Designed by the Australian Design Agency Di Donato.
Playing with PaintShop ProX…Black Pattern 1..playing can be fun!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Very cool. Where did you find these treasures?
Hi Eva, these schweppes bottles are a limited edition in Australia- they’re great aren’t they. I was only lucky enough to find two different kinds of designs – see the range here:http://lifestyle.ninemsn.com.au/slideshow_ajax.aspx?sectionid=75738§ionname=schweppes&subsectionid=7800529&subsectionname=vintagedrinks
I do hope they bring them out again..they’re great for entertaining putting a little ‘style’ into mixers. Have a great weekend! Yx
Love the photos. You are lucky to have found another design.
Karen, I think the shop keeper wondered what was going on , when I reacted fast to open the fridge door and help myself to six bottles of these lovelies. The limited edition were only given to a few gourmet deli’s or exclusive shops, they’re hard to find! I’ll keep my eye out anyway, but I’m happy with the two designs I’ve found.Have a great weekend! Yx
Yvette, those Shweppes bottles are utterly fantastic! I certainly hope that you’re successful in adding more to your collection. They are terrific.
Let’s hope so John… maybe they’ll think of releasing them again, I think they look so much nicer on the table for entertaining also! Yx
Enjoying your photography, as always, Yvette!
