These are pretty!
Thanks Pat, The first one is my favourite and I’m using it as my desktop background, It’s an amazing exercise of how the slightest of angles can change the design! Yx
These remind me of Asian-high-end-restaurant/ banquet-intricately-carved fruit. Know what I mean? They are really beautiful!

Thanks Mandy, we’ve arrived at the end of another week.Have a great weekend! Yx
I see you’ve been “playing” again — and just look at the result! These are all so beautiful, Yvette. Thank you for including the originals for it really adds to my amazement.
For me too, Everytime I’ve jumped back onto this post, I’ve studied each image again, and magically have found or thought something diverse from the time before.I could ‘play’ with this new effect all day! Yx
These are so pretty!
Many years ago, my sister gave me a gift of a kaleidoscope type of hand held telescope. It has a rounded glass end piece and a hole on the other end that you view through. No matter what object you look at with it it makes the most beautiful designs. I wish I could remember the name of it. It is really amazing.
Enjoy the day,
Marianne xo
A precious memory, in my class last week, I told the story of Wilfrid Gordon McDonald Partridge by Mem Fox,..I’m sure you know it, a litle boys adventure to find the meaning of What is a Memory?, my classroom was a buzz with ideas…and we all agree with the story, a memory is something warm, something precious, something that makes you happy…I’m so happy my images sparked this memory of a gift from your sister and brought images to mind. Images create a thousand words….Have a great day! Yx
Oh ho! I was reading the post above this one and spotted that kaleidoscope image immediately as the post met this one.
BeAuTiFuL! I love your selection of photo and image of the kaleidoscope! Wonderful! All of them, but like you, that first one is my favorite! Plus, I saw this piece of art at a doc’s office one day – so I’m playing with swatches of kaleidoscope images in collages w/pictures. I love collages – and so I guess it stands to reason that I love kaleidoscope images.
I was tickled to see your post being that I was a tad of the events ‘behind the scenes’. ThAt was fun as well. Now, back to your other post where I was getting ready to post a comment!
Speaking of kaleidoscopes – and that I was thinking of sharing your post on my blog – it dawned on me that you asked first so, I should too – may I “link back” to your post ?
Thanks Jenn, there’s always room for another kaleidoscope photo, and I’ll certainly link back, to my original source of fun! Thanks for calling back! Yx
